Lemon-Apricot Cake

Ingredients

Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

4 eggs

1/2-3/4 c. Wesson oil

3/4 c. apricot nectar

1 1/2 t. lemon extract

Juice and rind of 2 lemons

2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, apricot nectar and lemon extract.
Bake in angel food cake pan for 55 min. at 325ยบ.
Cool 5 min.
Turn out, till warm: stick with ice pick.
Combine juice and rind of lemons and powdered sugar.
Pour over warm cake.
